The Open Data Incubator for Europe (ODINE) is a 6-month incubator for open data entrepreneurs across Europe. The programme is funded with a €7.8m grant from the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme and managed by a number of consortium partners.

The objective of this work is to evaluate the impact of ODINE, a funding programme from Horizon 2020, on the growth of the participants involved over the duration of the project, the success of participant organisations’ business plans and to understand the benefit that open data has to the participant organisations.
The successful company will work in collaboration with the ODINE consortium (where needed) who will provide guidance and insight.
Duration: Approx. 60 days of work between 06 March 2017 and 11 May 2017.
